Sally is a strategic senior leader with over 15 years’ experience of leading business development teams to successfully tender for regional, national and international opportunities.
Sally has worked primarily across the welfare to work, skills, health and justice/victim services sectors winning business for large private sector organisations, national charities and SMEs.
Sally specialises in business development process redesign and providing strategic oversight and quality assurance of bids, to ensure they exceed commissioner requirements. She leads complex bids with multiple workstreams, coordinating tender development including providing bid governance advice and support.
Sally has led on the development of organisational strategy using a collaborative, evidence-based approach, developed and implemented social value strategies and polices and provided oversight of policy and communications.
