Andy is a public service innovator with 20+ years experience of working across the public, private, and not for profit sectors, in a variety of business development, strategy, and commissioning roles. He brings direct experience of supporting organisations to develop growth strategies, win large-scale and complex bids in multiple markets, re-design public services to better meet the needs of customers, and lead large-scale change programmes. 

Prior to founding 50 Degrees, Andy held Business Director posts at a number of market-leading employability and public services providers, and was Head of Procurement at Manchester City Council, during which he worked to secure the first Devolution deal from the DWP in the UK​.​ At 50 Degrees, Andy’s rich experience is deployed to support our clients across all aspects of the tendering process, from solution design through to mobilisation strategy development.

With a breadth of UK and International experience spanning the US, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Australia, across a range of sectors including Employability and Skills, Local Government, Health, Facilities Management, Andy has helped clients secure a diverse portfolio of contracts. This includes large-scale employability programmes, national disability support programmes, multi-site facilities management contracts, and complex justice-sector contracts.
