Chris has over 30 years experience in the Criminal Justice and Immigration Sectors and has worked at all levels of prison operations and senior management in both the public and private sectors.

This includes over 15 years experience of Justice and Immigration bidding with bid wins in excess of £2 billion, and experience in: Solution Design, Resource Modelling, Bid Writing, Bid Management, Mobilisation, Project Management, Planning and Implementation.

Since joining 50 Degrees, Chris has acted as one of our Justice sector subject matter experts, enabling our clients to tap into his operational and contract management experience to facilitate the design of operational solutions that are commercially competitive, innovative and practically deliverable.

Chris is process and detail driven, creative and innovative in his approach, and is a proponent of the importance of early, focused solution design aligned with high quality bid writing. Chris supports the development oft tender responses that are contractually compliant, accurately describe the solution, meet evaluation criteria and contribute and clearly identify benefits to clients and service-users alike.
