Facilities Management (FM), like many of the sectors we work in, has evolved significantly in the past five years as a result of technological advances such as new AI approaches and the shift in working patterns driven by the global pandemic. This, combined with the huge changes in the sectors and industries where FM services are required, presents huge opportunities – albeit within a mature and competitive market.  

Our experience of bidding for large-scale, complex FM procurements and working with Tier One providers, means we understand the practical challenges of developing a client FM offer that is unique and stands out from the competition. We have built an approach where we add real value by working alongside experienced Subject Matter Experts, bringing bid writing capability to articulate experience and track record, along with new innovative approaches to deliver the productive, efficient workplaces organisations now require.  

Our track record

Our experience in helping our clients bid for FM contracts has expanded considerably in the last five years. Stemming from bidding multi-service contracts, with FM services integrated within overall service provision, we have now developed first-hand experience of bidding for FM contracts from Whitehall (e.g. Defra, HMRC), devolved authorities (Scottish Courts and Tribunal Service and Police Service Northern Ireland) and Defence (DIO). We offer our clients direct experience of:

  • Total Facilities Management: including national estates, diverse building typologies and variations in service scope by site.

  • Soft FM: including cleaning, reception, catering and accommodation services.

  • Hard FM and property management services: including planned and reactive maintenance, M&E, fabric and specialist maintenance services.

  • Large scale projects, building transformation, and billable works
