Garry is a qualified commercial specialist (MCIPS) and has enjoyed a long and distinguished career supporting the development of effective public service programmes. Garry worked for 28 years at DWP, leading the end-to-end commercial management of a range of market-leading programmes, including the Work and Health Programme, Work Programme, Work Choice, Specialist Employability Services, Individual Personalised Employment Support, New Enterprise Allowance., Restart, and JETS.

Through his role as a Managing Consultant, Garry enables 50 Degrees’ clients to access a wealth of experience from a proven track record of business strategy development, programme management and negotiation (supporting on projects worth between £10k and £3.8bn).
