Helen is an expert in the design and development of effective public service programmes, with over 20 years’ experience leading business development teams to successfully tender for regional, national and international opportunities.

Helen specialises in coordinating solution design and tender development across multiple workstreams, directing the production of coherent, integrated bids that exceed commissioner and client requirements. Her experience includes leading bids, and developing winning bid content across a diverse range of sectors, including welfare to work, skills, education, health and justice through a number of Business Development Director roles at market-leading organisations.

Since joining 50 Degrees, Helen has led on our employment and social security programmes, both in the UK and Internationally, including leading the development of successful tenders in Canada and Australia. Through her role as a Managing Consultant, Helen enables our clients to leverage her vast experience of leading large-scale tenders, and her unparalleled knowledge of developing employability programmes that effectively support service-users from disparate backgrounds.
