Jane is an experienced business professional with experience in major public and private sector organisations, managing bid teams at Ingeus and G4S and helping to secure major wins for the Work Programme, Fit for Work, ESF, Child Maintenance, Mandatory Work Placements and other public service contracts.

Jayne’s strengths lie in designing commercial strategies, partnerships, bid and tender management, project management, capacity building, change management and service development. Jayne has significant experience of working with Local Government, driving the commercialisation agenda and managing a diverse sales portfolio. 

Jayne is passionate about developing people. She is a qualified coach and undertakes 1:1 coaching of senior leaders as well as delivering training and development sessions.
