Jemma has specialised in business development since her graduation from University in 2018, supporting a broad portfolio of sectors, including defence, construction, employability, facilities management and education.

Jemma specialises in supporting our clients to assimilate their vision and to articulate how they will deliver a service that effectively meets the needs of service-users. She is an extremely talented writer and her ability to create detailed, yet readily understandable content that effectively articulates the benefits of complex solution models is valued by our clients.

Since joining 50 Degrees Jemma has supported the development of tenders that have secured over £750m of new business for our clients, including prison operator contracts, regional employment programmes and complex facilities management services.
