John has over 20 years’ experience designing, delivering and mobilising public service programmes; working for public and private sector providers, spanning employability, health, skills, facilities management and justice sectors. John’s work has covered a range of disciplines, including communications, marketing, public affairs, bid writing, project management and contract mobilisation, at both a regional and national level.

Since joining 50 Degrees, John has worked across a diverse range of tendering opportunities and played an instrumental role in securing £1bn+ of public service delivery contracts, including significant prison operator contracts and prime contractor employability programmes. John’s range of expertise and experience enables him to provide a broad portfolio of services to our clients, from tender-writing through to the design and development of communication and sales collateral.

John is 50 Degrees’ mobilisation lead and works with our clients to help them define and articulate their strategy and resource modelling. He supports the development of detailed mobilisation plans that ensure compliance with commissioner milestones, through a structured approach that ensures delivery solutions are established in an effective manner that safeguards stability.
