Since joining 50 Degrees in March 2023, Maddy has provided research, solution design, and bid writing support to clients across the public and private sectors, including employability, healthcare, facilities management, defence, and justice. Her strong communication skills and drive to ensure that our clients receive consistently high-quality services help her to develop close relationships with key client teams, ensuring they feel supported and listened to throughout the tender writing process.

Maddy has supported clients with the development of top scoring Social Value responses, using her in-depth understanding of what the Government and its commissioning authorities are looking for to write comprehensive, concise, and well-researched submissions for our clients. With a background in B2B and B2C marketing, Maddy has worked with clients to write compelling marketing and sales collateral which successfully showcase their unique selling points and value adds. She has also conducted extensive research into international employment services markets to identify business development opportunities for a leading multinational provider; supported a multi-million-pound employment and education provider with the identification, evaluation, and presentation of a pipeline of future investment opportunities; and worked closely with a global FM provider to develop an innovative Soft FM proposal for a high-value opportunity within the healthcare market.

Over the last 18 months, Maddy has supported on the development of several winning tenders for multiple international clients, including complex facilities management services, regional employment programmes, and prison operator contracts.
