Mark has over 30 years of experience managing teams and businesses in the outsourced public services market covering employability, justice, skills and education, and disability and health sectors. This includes operating at Executive Director level, overseeing a £60m portfolio and over 750 staff across the UK along; and a board advisory role as a non-exec director for a regional training company.  

Mark specialises in operational leadership, developing high performance culture across multi-contract delivery teams, and business growth, supporting business development process design and providing strategic oversight and quality assurance. Mark’s experience spans the entire business development process, from market engagement through to bid submission.  

Mark has delivered multiple organisational transformation programmes, delivering significant change programmes while ensuring the business continued to meet all performance key performance indicators. Mark is an experience leader and is able to develop short, medium, and long-term business strategies through a collaborative, evidence-based approach that create sustainable and profitable businesses.
