Matt has over 30 years of international experience, managing teams and businesses in the outsourced public services market covering employability, disability and health, education and skills, and criminal justice sectors. This includes operating at Chief Executive and Board advisory levels. Matt’s experience also includes running highly successful business development and sales teams who have delivered in excess of £2bn of government and Business to Business contracts across the UK, Australia, Europe and the Middle East.

Matt oversees a significant portfolio at 50 Degrees, including the design and development of business development strategy, and oversight of all resource planning to ensure our projects run smoothly and deliver positive results for our clients. In addition, Matt leads our people development programmes, supporting bespoke career development planning and introducing a range of support programmes that ensure our team can produce their best work, consistently.
