Rowena has been managing bids for over 15 years across sectors including justice, employment services, health, policing, skills and education.

Rowena has held Director of Business Development posts at a number of market-leading UK welfare to work service providers, and as an associate has worked on behalf of organisations ranging from small charities to local authorities to FTSE 100 companies. Rowena has significant experience across the entire tendering cycle, with experience of leading and coordinating large-scale bids, managing the end-to-end process, financial modelling, writing, dialogue, solution design and supply chain engagement and management.

Since joining 50 Degrees Rowena has worked across a range of successful tenders, across multiple markets including Skills; Justice (prison operator contracts); and employability and social security programmes (UK and International).
