Sarah is a highly experienced, versatile Senior Bid Manager. She holds a wealth of experience in managing and writing bids across the employability and skills, health and social care, justice, youth services, and charity sectors, including working with international business development teams in France and Poland.

Sarah has a strong track record of coordinating multiple workstreams, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that subject matter expertise is galvanised and translated into high-quality, successful tender submissions​.

Whilst at 50 Degrees, Sarah has played a key role in securing a series of complex Justice-sector contracts on behalf of our clients; has supported clients to break into new markets (such as carer and business support contracts); and secured large-scale bid wins in the employment and skills sector, including Work Programme and AEB funding. ​
