Zach is an experienced commercial lead with substantial experience of designing both commercial and financial models for large scale, frontline public services, including multiple UK employability programmes.

As an expert in operational modelling, Zach works collaboratively with our clients’ financial and operational teams ​to analyse the proposed model, ensuring that it is strategic, competitive, accurate, and realistic. This includes exploring key assumptions, risks, and drivers, while ensuring the model remains clear and accessible for clients.

Zach also applies his commercial expertise to support our clients’ governance processes, providing strategic analysis of opportunities and financial focus areas, and leads all Commercial elements during BD Healthchecks, including financial modelling and legal reviews. ​

Having worked across health, employability and skills, and financial support​ sectors, spanning the UK, Australia, France, Germany, India and Poland​, Zach uses his background in contract management and commercial analysis to tailor services to our clients’ specific operating context and objectives.
