50 Degrees agrees partnership with 4OC
24th May 2020
We’re really pleased to announce our new partnership with 4OC, ‘the organisation for organisational change’.
To be honest, we’ve already been working with them for the last five years on a whole host of projects including, Local Government transformation; service design projects in the justice, skills and welfare sectors; and complex mobilisation programmes in the prisons and probation market.
Why have we decided to formalise our partnership now? Simple really.
We both specialise in public services, and we both do things the same (right) way. Our focus is always on the client and what they need… it’s never about an off the shelf offer. We always start a project by listening (a lot), then we think, we plan, we agree an approach that will work, and we put together a team of bright, hard-working people. And then we get on with it and deliver what we said we would deliver.
We have a similar culture and ethos… we’re flexible, responsive and we like to think that we’re fun to work with. We are confident that by working in partnership we can provide a stronger, broader, more seamless service to our clients.
50 Degrees specialises in strategy, in service design and bid development… helping organisations to win new business and enter new markets. 4OC specialise in mobilisation, implementation, commercial modelling, performance improvement… all that complicated stuff that needs multi-thousand-line plans!
You can probably see what we’re driving at here. Through our new partnership we can win stuff, implement stuff and make stuff work better. To use more technical terms, we can offer an end to end solution that covers:
Strategy
Bid development
Solution design
Communications and engagement
Mobilisation
Operational improvement and re-design
Michelle Leeson, Managing Director: Employment of The Growth Company commented, “I’ve had the pleasure of working with both 50 Degrees and 4OC on a number of public service programmes. The National Citizen Service is a great example, where 50 Degrees supported our Business Development team to secure the management contract for the North West, and 4OC worked with us to successfully implement and embed the programme. They’re a great team to work with, and I believe their new partnership will be of great benefit to their clients.”
Over the next 12-months we’ll be working with 4OC to develop a pipeline of activity that will span the justice, welfare, skills, immigration and international sectors, respectively.
