Calling all freelance research, strategy and policy associates

Did you know that alongside producing winning bids (£2bn+ of new business over the past 2 years), we also have a growing Research, Strategy and Advisory arm here at 50 Degrees?

This part of our business supports clients and government commissioners to:

  • Co-design future public services

  • Analyse local area demographics

  • Develop growth and market entry strategies

  • Support local commissioners to procure future services

  • Conduct area-based analysis to understand local capacity and capability to deliver services

  • Review and interpret the impact of local and national policies on public services

  • Provide advice around mergers and acquisitions.

Some recent examples of our work in this space include:

  • Producing a global growth strategy for a major international corporate

  • Developing a UK market entry strategy alongside mergers and acquisition advice for an Australian human services provider

  • Supporting Local Government to achieve devolution deals

  • Drafting funding proposals to central Government to address economic inactivity

  • Working with a number of UK Combined Authorities to address economic inactivity

We need to grow our team to help cope with demand, and are looking for talented research, strategy and policy associates interested in joining us on a project-based / contract basis.

Ideally, you will have:
